Itinerary

Day 01: SAHASTRADHARA HELIPAD – SERSI – KEDARNATH

    Sahastradhara Helipad

    • On arrival at Sahastradhara Helipad, we fly to Sersi Helipad, followed by a flight to Kedarnath from the same helipad.
    • The Kedarnath temple is approximately 500 meters from the helipad, taking about 15 minutes to reach.
    • A Pandit will lead the group for VIP darshan at Kedarnath Temple.
    • After darshan and pooja, the group will fly back to Sersi Helipad and stay overnight at Guptkashi near the Mandakini river.

Day 02: SERSI – BADRINATH (MANA VILLAGE TOUR)

    Sersi Helipad

    • The group will depart from Sersi Helipad to Badrinath Helipad.
    • Upon arrival, check in at the hotel and visit Mana village, the last Indian border village near China, for sightseeing.
    • In the evening, attend Swarna Aarti at Badrinath temple, followed by dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 03: BADRINATH – DEHRADUN (DEPARTURE)

    Dehradun Overview

    • After breakfast, the group will fly back to Dehradun. En route, enjoy stunning aerial views of confluences including Vishnu Prayag, Nanda Prayag, Karna Prayag, Rudra Prayag, and Dev Prayag.
    • The group will be dropped at the helipad, marking the end of the tour with cherished memories.

    Terms & Conditions:

    Children of 2 years and above will be considered as full passengers.

    The booking will be confirmed with 50% of the amount. The full amount has to be deposited 15 days prior to the date of the journey.

    Rescheduling of booking will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% extra cost if applied 10 days before the journey date.

    From Guptkashi to Kedarnath, the passengers will be divided into different helicopters depending on the weight of the passengers. The passengers will be requested to maintain the same arrangement till the end of the trip for all safety reasons.

    Passengers traveling together in a double-engine helicopter may not travel in the same helicopter flight during Guptkashi to Kedarnath.

    All shuttle flights are planned and executed subject to the total and individual weight of the passengers, so kindly cooperate.

    The company reserves the right to shuffle any destination depending on the weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances which are beyond our control.

    Any extras apart from the meals prescribed in the itinerary will be borne by the passengers directly. Also, the company will not be responsible for any change in the restaurants/hotel by the customer.

    Expenses made towards any new inclusion in the itinerary (in the form of newly added sightseeing destinations) not mentioned previously in the original itinerary list will be chargeable on an actual basis.

    All kinds of expenses that arise because of a natural calamity or unforeseen situations shall be borne by the guest/customer (in the form of weather, government restrictions, strikes, agitations, political disturbances of other nature, etc).

    Passengers weighing more than 75 kgs shall be charged an excess weight charge of Rs 1,000/- per kg.

    In respect of COVID-19, all necessary measures issued by the State & Central Governments would have to be adhered to by the passengers. Without adhering to the prescribed measures/requirements, boarding would be denied without any refunds.

    This is a fixed departure tour, and all departure timings of each destination are fixed. Therefore, passengers must ensure they report as per the mentioned scheduled departure on each day of the tour as briefed by our staff.

    There is very limited space for luggage in the chopper. Only 4 kg luggage per passenger will be permitted. Passengers bringing excess baggage would not be allowed to take the same in the chopper.

    Passengers should carry only soft bags as big suitcases cannot be accommodated in the helicopter.

    In case the weight of the passengers is found on the higher side of the prescribed limit, extra charges would be applicable after approval from our technical team.

    All temples in Do Dham are located at high-altitude areas. Passengers are advised to carry woolen clothes, raincoats, and a regular medical kit.

    In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons, then the company will try to complete it on the next day. However, even if that is not possible, then the liability of the company will be limited to a refund of unutilized sectors.

    Passengers are requested to book their return flight late in the evening.
